As a senior woman, I absolutely loved the stunning views from the apartment. It was such a joy to wake up and see the beautiful sights of London right from my window. The decoration of the apartment was lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel at home. Additionally, the location was perfect for someone like me, as it was easily accessible and close to amenities. I didn't have to worry about long walks or difficult stairs, which made my stay much more enjoyable.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is a clearer explanation of how to operate the appliances in the kitchen. The symbols on the buttons were unfamiliar to me, and the Italian instruction manual didn't help much.

The floor to ceiling windows brought in so much natural light, it was like living in a greenhouse. I had the entire apartment to myself, so I could make as much excessive noise as I wanted without disturbing the non-existent neighbors.
Oh, just the usual - excessive rubbish to dispose of, no fresh linen or towels provided, and no irons/ironing boards to be found. Such a shame, really.

I keep coming back because it's convenient for my business trips. The staff even helped me with printing at my first stay. Wi-Fi, cookware, lift, no pets, no smoking - everything I need is here. No regrets!

Stayed at this apartment for a week on a family vacation. The views from the 6th floor were absolutely amazing, overlooking the House of Commons and London Eye. Super convenient to get buses to the city center and Paddington. Shopping options like Waitrose and Tesco's were just a 10-minute walk away in Pimlico. We loved the friendly Turkish cafe "Nuvit" nearby. The reception was excellent and the lifts were fast. The apartment was spacious and the agent was incredibly helpful in resolving a serious problem with the flat.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Loads of natural light, fully equipped kitchen, got the whole place to myself , fresh towels and linens provided, even an iron.
Oh, just the minor inconvenience of excessive noise and disturbing the neighbours. Who needs peace and quiet anyways?

We went for a short walk along the river and it was just epic. The views were unreal! We also checked out this cool Turkish cafe and had the most delicious food. And the best part? Getting around was so easy with all the buses nearby. We had a blast exploring the city!
The only thing that could have made our stay even more fun is if there was a rooftop terrace or a party area in the building. It would have been awesome to have a place where we could hang out and have a great time with music and drinks.

Amazing London Views: The floor to ceiling windows in this apartment bring in stacks of natural light, allowing you to enjoy breathtaking views of London without even leaving the comfort of your home-away-from-home. It's like having your own private lookout tower!
Noisy A/C: The A/C in the apartment runs incessantly and cannot be turned off, which may be a slight annoyance for light sleepers.

The decor was lovely and elegant, perfect for a senior woman like me. The common areas were spacious and easy to navigate, making it very accessible for senior people. The hotel also had ramps and elevators, which made it convenient for us to move around without any hassle.
The only thing I would ask for is better assistance from the staff. It would have been nice if they had more patience and understanding towards us senior guests.
